Estimates, Quotes, and Online Pricing
Online estimates, instant quote tools, website pricing, and verbal estimates are preliminary unless confirmed in a written proposal signed or accepted by PFS Concrete & Asphalt.
- Final pricing may change after site review, measurements, access conditions, material needs, drainage needs, soil conditions, demolition requirements, permits, disposal, or changes in scope.
- Photos, descriptions, and online measurements are helpful but may not capture all site conditions.
- An estimate is not a guarantee of availability, start date, final price, or project acceptance.
- Written proposals may include separate terms that control over these website terms for that specific project.
Scheduling, Access, and Project Conditions
Project schedules depend on weather, crew availability, material availability, permits, inspections, customer readiness, site access, utility markings, and other conditions outside our control.
- Customer is responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the work area unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Customer is responsible for identifying private utilities, irrigation, invisible fences, drainage, septic systems, buried lines, or hidden site conditions not located by standard public utility marking services.
- Weather, freeze-thaw cycles, curing requirements, and site conditions may affect scheduling, appearance, and performance.
- Changes requested after approval may require a written change order and additional cost.
Deposits, Payment, and Collections
Deposits, progress payments, final payment timing, accepted payment methods, and late-payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due according to the invoice or proposal terms.
Past-due balances may result in collection activity, added costs, interest where permitted by law, lien rights where applicable, or suspension of work until payment issues are resolved.
Workmanship, Materials, and Warranty
PFS Concrete & Asphalt aims to deliver professional workmanship using appropriate materials and practices for the agreed scope. Any warranty, if offered, must be stated in the written proposal, invoice, or project agreement.
Concrete and asphalt are site-dependent materials. Surface variation, color variation, normal wear, hairline cracking, salt damage, ground movement, freeze-thaw effects, drainage issues, settlement, misuse, improper maintenance, and conditions outside our control may not be covered.
Photos, Reviews, and Project Media
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, PFS Concrete & Asphalt may photograph or record completed work, work in progress, and job site details for documentation, training, marketing, website, social media, and portfolio use. We do not intentionally publish sensitive personal information such as private documents or payment details.
Third-Party Tools and Links
This website may use third-party services for hosting, forms, spam protection, map embeds, quote tools, fonts, social media links, and related features. This currently includes Netlify, Netlify-provided reCAPTCHA on the contact form, Google Fonts, Google Maps embeds, and the TruWorx quote experience.
