Terms & Rules of Entry
Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who reside within the service area covered by Premier Field Services Corp.
Entry period: The promotion begins on April 4th, 2023, and ends on July 31st, 2023.
How to enter: To enter, participants must fill out our online form or book a job with Premier Field Services Corp during the entry period. Limit one entry per person, per entry method.
Prize(s): Ten early bird coupons worth $1000 each will be awarded to the first 10 people who book with Premier Field Services Corp on a project over a certain size as part of the promotion. One lucky customer who completes a job with Premier Field Services Corp by July 31st, 2023, will receive a $5,000 coupon discount towards their purchase with Premier Field Services Corp on a project over a certain size.
Winner selection: The first 10 eligible entrants who book a job with Premier Field Services Corp or fill out our online form during the entry period will each receive an early bird coupon worth $1000. The winner of the $5,000 coupon discount will be selected at random from all eligible entrants who have completed a project with Premier Field Services Corp by July 31st, 2023.
Winner notification: Winners will be notified via email and phone within 7 days of the prize draw.
Prize claim: Winners must claim their prize(s) within 7 business days of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
General conditions: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Premier Field Services Corp. Premier Field Services Corp reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent behavior. Premier Field Services Corp is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any technical or other errors that may occur.
Privacy: Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used in accordance with Premier Field Services Corp's privacy policy.
Service area: Eligibility for this promotion is also limited to individuals who reside within the service area covered by Premier Field Services Corp. The service area may be subject to change at any time without notice.
Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the responsibility of the prize winner.
